Currently, 92 groups are actively bringing change, impacting over 1,250 families with greater financial stability, resilience, and hope.

Children Transformation Centre

Children Transformation Centre

Livelihood Initiatives

Livelihood Initiatives

We equip aspiring entrepreneurs to start and manage successful small businesses through training in business planning, access to capital, bookkeeping, and marketing. Each year, 40 women are empowered to launch and sustain their own livelihoods, creating pathways to financial independence and long-term stability.

Young Girls Group

Young Girls Group

Young Girls Groups (12-15 members each) meet weekly to build life skills, strong values, confidence, and financial discipline by practicing saving habit. Each year, this initiative shapes and strengthens the lives of around 150 adolescent girls. Spoken English classes are also offered during group gatherings to improve communication skills and broaden future opportunities.

Leadership Development

Leadership Development

Transformation Groups and community leaders meet regularly to learn and apply values that strengthen their homes and communities. Through monthly training, women are empowered to grow as confident, positive role models who inspire lasting change.

Community Transformation Training

Community Transformation Training

We equip local leaders in vulnerable communities with practical, low-cost, and sustainable models for holistic transformation. Each year, 150 community leaders are trained and empowered to drive lasting change, strengthening the communities they serve.

FAITH Garden

FAITH Garden

FAITH (Food Always In The House) equips families to grow nutritious, year-round vegetables at home, ensuring a steady and reliable food supply. This simple yet powerful approach improves health, builds self-reliance, and strengthens resilience within families and across communities.

Skill Development

Skill Development

The Skill Development Initiative champions job-oriented, work-related training that expands employment opportunities and equips individuals for the workforce. Delivered through our two wings-Noah Skill School and Lydia Skill School-the program provides hands-on training alongside personalized career guidance. These technical skills are strengthened with practical life and coping education, empowering participants to navigate challenges and build successful, sustainable careers.

The Purple Merchants

The Purple Merchants

This initiative aims to enhance earning capacity by creating a platform called PURPLE MERCHANTS, where women are supported in transforming their skills into sustainable income-generating opportunities. It also facilitates the marketing and distribution of products created by women across different communities, helping them access wider markets and grow their businesses with confidence.
